Intellicure Analytics Website and Subscription Terms and Conditions

Hello, and welcome to the terms and conditions for Intellicure Analytics Subscriptions (“Subscription Terms” or “Terms“). These Paid Subscription Terms are important because they:

  • describe the types of Paid Subscriptions that are available; and
  • explain how Paid Subscriptions work and the conditions attached to your eligibility for and use of them.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF FREE AND PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS, AS WELL AS INFORMATION ON WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR FREE, PAID SUBSCRIPTION AND/OR TRIAL COMES TO AN END OR BECOME VOID.

PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS CONTINUE INDEFINITELY AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED THE RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION FEE AS ADVERTISED, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME-TO-TIME, UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT.

1. Introduction.

Intellicure Analytics, a subsidiary of Intellicure, LLC and referenced as Intellicure, provides basic wound care data, industry insights, relevant wound care news, and more information. The purpose of this website is primarily to serve as a hub for the wound care industry and secondarily to encourage inquiries into Intellicure Analytics’ wound care data platform, data lab, post-market clinical followup services, clinical studies services and subscriptions, wound care industry reports, and more.

The domain of this particular website is intellicureanalytics.ai, which is a different website and service entirely from its relative app hosted on intellicureanalytics.com.

2. Subscriptions.

Intellicureanalytics.ai offers 3 subscriptions: Essential, Professional, and Expert. Visitors who are not subscribed to any level will still have access to many features and content throughout the website.

The Essential Subscription is free, but requires registration, which is also free.

The Professional Subscription and the Expert Subscription require registration and an annual charge as stated on the website.

You can find descriptions of each Subscription and their features on our website, and we will explain which options are available to you when you create an Intellicureanalytics.ai account.

By registering and creating an account on intellicureanalytics.ai, you understand that representatives from Intellicure may contact you about Intellicure Analytics services, including services beyond those found on intellicureanalytics.ai. However, the information you share when creating an account on intellicureanalytics.ai will never be shared or sold to a party outside of Intellicure, LLC.

Intellicure does not have access to, nor can it manipulate, the password and payment processing you create on intellicureanalytics.ai. However, should you get locked out of your account or need further assistance, please contact marketing@intellicure.com.

Users who purchase a Professional Subscription or Expert Subscription may access that Subscription for their own personal use from the moment they submit their payment details successfully to Intellicure and complete the checkout process, all of which is found solely on intellicureanalytics.ai.

From time to time, we may also offer special promotional plans, content or memberships, including offerings of third party products or services in conjunction with or through Intellicure. Intellicure is not responsible for the products or services provided by such third parties.

We reserve the right to modify the features and content we provide as part of our Subscriptions from time to time and for any reason.

We may withdraw or suspend a Professional Subscription or Expert Subscription, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. After such time, Intellicure shall not be obligated to maintain or permit any further access to such Subscription(s) and subscribers to that Subscription will no longer be charged.

Subscriptions are for personal, individual use only. Users may not share login credentials to Subscriptions with anyone, including colleagues within the same company or building.

Should Intellicure find that a user has shared their Subscription after investigation, the user will be notified that they must change their password and inform the recipient of the shared subscription to purchase their own Subscription.

If the Subscription continues to be shared, the subscription will be canceled by Intellicure without notice and the user may be charged a higher rate should they wish to resubscribe.

3. Payment; Cancellation.

Unless otherwise indicated, Subscriptions continue indefinitely until cancelled. You will be billed on a recurring basis on the first day of each billing period and you authorize us to charge your payment method the then-current subscription fee.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your Intellicureanalytics.ai account and following the prompts on the Account page. You may also cancel your account by emailing marketing@intellicure.com. Unless otherwise indicated, cancellation will take effect from the end of the billing period in which you cancel.
